We know how exciting it is to receive a new product for your garden, especially when you are preparing for planting season, protecting your harvest, or upgrading your outdoor space. That is why we work carefully to process each order and provide tracking information as soon as your package is on the way.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

During this time, your order is reviewed, prepared, and handed off to the shipping carrier.

Business days do not include weekends or major holidays.

Please note that this is an estimated delivery window. Some packages may arrive sooner, while occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–72 hours to appear after your package has been handed over to the carrier.

If your tracking link has not updated immediately, please allow a little extra time for the carrier system to refresh.

Shipping Confirmation

Shipping Address Changes

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Multiple Packages

Please allow carriers enough time to complete the delivery process before reporting a package as lost.

Delivered But Not Received

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please:

  1. Check around your porch, mailbox, garage, side door, or other delivery areas
  2. Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted the package
  3. Wait 24 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered slightly before arrival
  4. Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery details
  5. Reach out to our support team if you still need help

Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Product name
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Our support team will review the issue and help make it right.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping
